Ingredients

  • ii (6-7 oz.) boneless, skinless craven breasts (see notes)
  • three/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/iv teaspoon kosher salt
  • one/four teaspoon black pepper (or cherry pepper flakes for some heat)
  • 8 oz. (i/2 box) penne pasta
  • 1 medium head broccoli, cut into florets
  • one i/2 to two cups marinara sauce
  • 1/3 loving cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray for like shooting fish in a barrel make clean up.
